Date

Location

Villa Plot 1423 is a contemporary hillside residence designed to integrate seamlessly with its natural surroundings in Zaarouriyeh, El Chouf. The villa is composed of clean, interlocking volumes that step with the site’s topography, creating a balanced relationship between architecture and landscape.
The villa consists of three levels. The lower level is partially embedded into the terrain and opens onto landscaped outdoor areas, accommodating secondary and leisure spaces while maintaining a strong connection to the garden. The ground floor serves as the main living level, housing the primary living and dining areas with direct access to terraces and generous openings that enhance natural light and views. The upper floor contains the private bedroom spaces, offering increased privacy and elevated views of the surrounding landscape.
Architecturally, the villa features a refined material palette of natural wood cladding and light stone surfaces, complemented by deep overhangs and vertical wooden louvers for shading and privacy. Integrated planters and terraces soften the geometry and reinforce the indoor–outdoor living concept.
Overall, Villa Plot 1423 reflects a modern Mediterranean architectural approach, combining clarity of form, functional planning, and a strong connection to nature.
